Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, every product image is taken by the real product. Before each shipping, we will also take photos for those we will send to you.
How can I get the sales receipt?
The receipt will be offered together with the parcel. E file will be sent through email if needed.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we will. For quick response, please contact us freely for any customized orders.
How can I ship my order?
For small order, we can ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS and some specific route i.e. to UAE, Southern Asia, Latin American etc. For mass production, we have much experience handling Seafreight, Airfreight, Train, Truck etc.
